One of the executive orders President Trump signed recently looks at expanding access to in vitro fertilization, also known as IVF. What will this mean for families across the US wanting to have children but struggling to do so, physically and financially? According to a 2024 survey, 1 in 10 women of reproductive age say they received fertility assistance, including IVF, but insurance coverage for the procedure is limited.
