Today’s pet of the week it’s a gorgeous bonded pair of Parakeets. Meet Neo (Baby blue with yellow cheeks) and Trinity (Blue with black and white stripes). They are 2 years and 3 months both female parakeets.
Parakeets (also known as budgies) bring joy and song to your home. They are both very curious which makes them fun to watch when they interact with their toys and perches. They are social birds, who can be hand tamed and will seek out their owners once bonded. Parakeets can be single pets, or can be kept as pairs or small, single-sex groups, but these two must go home together! With proper care, Parakeets can live between 7 and 15 years.
