Today we are sneaking in an extra set of paws on our pet of the week. Artemis is our OFFICIAL cat we are here to talk about, and there are a lot of good things to say about this three-year-old beauty. She is social, playful, mostly sweet tempered, and will keep you laughing with her athletic antics. One of our favorite things about her is her willingness to help other cats who aren’t as confident as she is. She has adopted a young cat named Burma who is very fearful here at the shelter. Burma still isn’t ready to be besties with humans, but now she has a really good friend with her to help her learn how great humans can be and to keep her happy in the meantime. These two tabby girls are now bonded and must go home together. Think about it as adopting a cat for you, and a cat for your cat, so she is never lonely when you are not at home.
