RECIPE —
The best steaks to use for this: top loin, ribeye or tenderloin
1. Use Pre-cut steaks or cut into ¾ inch thick pieces
2. Use 1-2 tablespoons of butter on pan – pan cook each side of steak 3 minutes each
3. Then put steaks right into baking dish with aluminum foil and set aside
4. Use what’s left in pan, 1/3 cup of red wine or apple juice, ¼ cup of beef broth, finely chopped shallots or minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of whipping cream, whisk it until steamed and thick
5. Then pour on top of the steaks
