It was the story that took center stage in Connecticut last week – a former Cheshire teacher who posted in a private Snapchat account her rage following the election results. That video was leaked and went viral. She has since stepped down from her job and publicly apologized but still faces backlash, including threats. We wanted to use this example as a conversation surrounding worker rights when it comes to posting online personal views on politics.
