Filing for bankruptcy; it was a headline that shocked residents of Success Village earlier this month. In what’s being called a Hail Mary move during trial over a potential receivership deal for Success Village, for the first time, we heard from the attorney representing Success Village, Dennis Bradley. Attorney Bradley made that call to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
