UConn rolled out a new protest policy for students this year. We wanted to know if other colleges are doing that too. We spoke with Terrence Cheng, Chancellor of the Connecticut State Colleges and Universities (CSCU) system. CSCU oversees CT State Community College, four state universities and Charter Oak State College, and serves more than 85,000 students.
