Today’s Pet of the Week is going to be Richie.
- This little guy is a 1 month old guinea pig
- He was born in foster care after his mom was brought to us from Animal Control (His mom, Theresa, is also available for adoption!)
- At this young age he’s going to need a lot of cuddle time with his new family so he can get used to being handled
- With lots of TLC, guinea pigs can bond really well with human companions, so they make a great first pet for kids
