We are just days away from the highly anticipated televised presidential debate between President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump. We wanted to know if political discussion at the workplace is ever appropriate and if Connecticut has any laws on the books protecting free speech at work? Gary Phelan, employment attorney and law professor at Quinnipiac University, answered our questions and shared an example of a case in Greenwich surrounding political discussion impacting the workplace.
