PACT is a state program that pays for community college for Connecticut students. A new state law will now expand PACT to include students who are enrolled in a post high school transition program. State Senator Ceci Maher, who was instrumental in this legislative change, shares who will benefit from this and how much money will now be saved for local families. Senator Maher represents District 26, which covers Darien, New Canaan, Redding, Ridgefield, Stamford, Weston, Westport, and Wilton.
