Cooking with Claud: Cherry Glazed Lamb

INGREDIENTS:
-Boneless leg of lamb or any kind of lamb (4oz of lamb)
– 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary crushed
– Half a cup of beef broth
– Whole jar of jelly preserve
– Quarter cup of balsamic vinegar
– 2 Table spoons of minced garlic
RECIPE:
1. Put lamb into a baking dish and mix all other ingredients in a bowl together
2. Pour over the lamb then bake it at 350 degrees covered for 45 minutes
3. Then uncover and leave cooking for another 30 minutes
