RECIPE:
1. Coat your pan with olive oil and Italian seasoning before placing tilapia in the pan to cook.
2. Pan fry the fish on both sides for about 2-3 minutes each or until brown.
3. Place fish to the side.
4. Add 1-2 tablespoons of capers, 1/4 cup of butter, 1/2 cup of white wine and 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice to the pan once the fish is set aside.
5. Add the fish back in to sit and cook longer
6. Broil in the oven if you want to crisp the fish
