Cooking with Claud: Lemon Bars

Lemon Bars

Recipe:
1. Make the crust (2 cups flour, ½ cup of confection sugar, corn starch, ¾ cup of butter – mix together)

2. Spray cookie sheet – smash crust on bottom and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
3. Separately make the lemon mix — add four eggs, 1 1/2 cup of sugar, 3 tablespoons of flour, lemon peel, ¾ cup of lemon juice or fresh squeeze 3 lemons, ¼ cup half and half
4. Once crust is done, add to hot crust and put back in over for 20 minutes
5. Let them cool
