Cooking with Claud: Sausage and Cranberry Quiche

INGREDIENTS:

Pillsbury Pie Crust
Jimmy Dean Sausage (with sage if possible)
¼ cup of onion
¾ cup Dry Cranberries
3 Eggs
1 ½ cups of Half & half
1 ½ cups shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

RECIPE:

  1. Pan fry sausage and onion together; meanwhile put pie crust into pie plate
  2. Add cheese by pouring on top of pie shell
  3. Add cranberries to the pan fry mix – once cooked, place on top of cheese and pie crust
  4. In a separate bowl, mix eggs and half & half together – then pour on top of mix in pie dish
  5. Bake it at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes or until it’s golden brown then let it sit for 10 minutes.
